How to Submit a Claim

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Resolution Process

Once your claim is received, our team will review the information and respond within 1–2 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • or a refund (full or partial)

Important Notes

Claims submitted after the stated time frame may not be eligible for resolution. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care are not covered. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.
