Regulations for the Conclusion and Performance of Agreements by Box.expert
These Regulations define the rules, obligations and technical conditions for entering into and executing agreements through the Box.expert Service.
I. Subject Matter and Definitions
1. The Regulations govern the operation of the Service and define the manner of performance of the Agreement concluded with the Buyer.
2. Capitalized words, unless the content of the Regulations or the context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meanings:
a) Box.expert – Eurographic Group Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Stettin, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Stettin, 13th Commercial Division under KRS number 0000480781, phone: +48 506 296 931, email: box@egdk.pl. Box.expert is the administrator of the personal data set of the Buyers.
b) Buyer – an entity registered on the Service or ready to enter into an Agreement, which has provided Box.expert with the required data.
c) Service – the website operated by Box.expert, used for product selection and providing packaging visualisation tools.
d) Agreement – a contract between the Buyer and Box.expert regarding the production (and possibly delivery) of packaging with the parameters agreed by the parties.
II. Registration and Logging on the Website
1. Logging into the Service constitutes confirmation that the Buyer has full legal capacity.
2. For effective conclusion of the Agreement, the Buyer must provide Box.expert with up-to-date information necessary for its performance. This information is provided during registration and must be updated if it changes.
3. Box.expert processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
4. The Buyer undertakes to keep the login and password confidential. If there is suspicion that a third party gained access, the Buyer must immediately notify Box.expert and change the password.
5. Box.expert is liable for any damage suffered by the Buyer resulting from the use of the Service if caused by Box.expert’s actions or lack of due diligence.
III. Conclusion of Contract
1. The conclusion of the Agreement obliges the Buyer to pay Box.expert the price specified in the Service, and obliges Box.expert to produce the ordered packaging in accordance with the agreed terms.
2. The Agreement is concluded at the moment Box.expert finally accepts the order parameters, confirmed via email to the address provided by the Buyer.
3. Orders may be placed 24/7. Orders placed after 6 p.m. on business days, on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days exclude public holidays in Poland, Saturdays, and days indicated on the Site.
IV. Payment
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- via PayU S.A. (Poznań),
- by traditional bank transfer, BLIK, or credit card.
Box.expert does not guarantee the availability of all payment methods at all times. The parties may also individually agree on a different method and payment term.
If PayU S.A. is selected, payment must be made immediately after placing the order. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
All prices listed on the website are net prices and do not include tax.
V. Collection and Delivery of Ordered Goods
1. The order includes information about estimated delivery times, which may vary depending on material availability and other orders.
2. The binding delivery date is confirmed in the Agreement confirmation message.
3. The primary method of delivery is collection of packaging on euro pallets at the Box.expert premises.
4. Transport to an address indicated by the Buyer (domestic or international) is possible after agreeing on the cost and delivery timeframe. Box.expert does not provide transport services and is not responsible for transport-related delays or damage.
VI. Returns, Cancellation and Complaints
1. The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement under the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, Article 38(3).
2. Complaints may be submitted at any time by email, by post, or in person at the Box.expert headquarters.
3. Complaints are processed within 30 days, with responses sent via email or letter.
4. Box.expert will seek to resolve disputes amicably.
5. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
VII. Technical Requirements
1. Necessary requirements include a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet access and a browser supporting (X)HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. An active email address is required.
2. Recommended device parameters:
- Operating System: Windows 10/11, macOS 10.15+, Linux, Android 9.0+, iOS 14+.
- Web Browser: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+, Opera 75+.
- RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
- Processor: Dual-core (Intel i3, AMD Ryzen 3).
- Screen Resolution: 1920×1080 px recommended.
- Internet Connection: 10 Mbps or higher.
The site may operate on older devices or slower connections, but performance may be affected.
VIII. Personal Data
1. Box.expert collects and processes Buyers’ personal data only as necessary for the performance of the Agreement and acts as the data controller.
2. Data subjects have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
3. Providing data is voluntary but required to conclude or execute the Agreement.
4. Box.expert does not conduct profiling and does not transfer data outside the EEA or to international organisations.
IX. Final Provisions
1. Agreements concluded under these Regulations are governed by Polish law. Relations with consumers are conducted in Polish.
2. The current version of the Regulations is made available prior to concluding the Agreement. Information about changes is sent to registered Buyers at their provided email addresses.
